More customers served. Less chaos in your venue.
Take orders from a smartphone or handheld and send them to the kitchen, bar and pizza station. Cut down on trips, misunderstood requests and waiting, so you can spend more time with your customers. You choose whether to take payment when ordering or at the end of service.
Free plan at €0 with no fixed or upfront costs.
More orders handled, with the same staff.
Every wasted trip is time taken away from customers.
By sending orders from the table, waiters spend more time on the floor: they take new requests and look after more tables, even when the venue fills up.
More earnings. Fewer dishes to remake.
A misunderstood request can cost you a dish, time and trust.
Variants and notes reach the kitchen and bar clearly, so you reduce the mistakes that weigh on your costs and on the customer experience.
Less waiting. More room for new customers.
An order to copy out or a bill to rebuild slows down service. By connecting dining room, kitchen and till, you cut the steps that keep customers waiting and delay table availability.
Start with what you have. Grow when you want.
With your smartphone you can already take orders and payments. Start without buying handhelds and add dedicated devices when you need them: invest based on how busy your venue is.
You decide how service works. You can take the order, take payment and hand over the receipt straight away, or leave payment until the end of service.
Take payment when ordering or at the end of service, at the table or at the counter. Set up the flow that best suits your venue.
Split starters, first and main courses. Kitchen, bar and pizza station receive their own orders, with variants and notes, on a printer or KDS kitchen display.
Take the order from a smartphone or handheld. If the customer pays right away, you take payment and hand over the receipt without a second trip to the till.
If the customer pays later, you find the items linked to the table and prepare the bill without re-entering what they ordered.
Take orders and payments from your compatible smartphone. No device to buy to get started: the additional hardware cost is €0.

A more organized service leaves more time for customers, creates more sales opportunities and reduces pressure on the team at the busiest times.
Orders, variants and courses reach the right departments. The team can focus on customers, with fewer verbal requests and interruptions just when the pace picks up.
More time with customers means more opportunities to sell and reorder. By cutting trips between dining room, till and kitchen, staff can look after tables better and spend more time on the service that generates revenue.
Fewer procedures to remember and less reliance on verbal hand-offs. Tables, products, variants and notes follow the same flow, keeping service more orderly even when staff changes.
Fewer checks and less work to catch up on at the end of service. Orders stay recorded and linked to tables, bills and receipts, so you have fewer situations to piece together afterwards.
Fewer mistakes and fewer trips between dining room, kitchen and bar.
Kitchen, bar and pizza station receive their own orders, with variants and notes. You can receive orders on order printers or view them on the KDS kitchen display, to follow each department's work more clearly.
The order is already entered. Even when it's time to pay.
If you take payment straight away, you complete order, payment and receipt while you're with the customer. If you serve first, you find the items linked to the table when the bill is requested.
At the table or at the till, you cut repetitive steps and give staff more time to look after customers.
The waiter enters products, quantities, variants and notes from the handheld/smartphone. The order is recorded digitally and sent to the configured station, such as kitchen, bar or pizza station, without having to write it down or pass it on verbally.
Yes. While taking the order you can specify variants, changes and notes for the kitchen or bar, keeping this information linked to the order and reducing verbal hand-offs between dining room and stations.
Yes. Qromo can also be used on iOS or Android smartphones, so you can start with the devices you already have and add dedicated handhelds only when your venue's volume or organization requires it.
With Qromo you don't have to buy a dedicated handheld: you can also use compatible smartphones or tablets you already have, with an additional hardware cost of €0. If you prefer a dedicated device, current prices start from €349 for Qromo V3, €399 for Qromo POS Pro S710 and €699 for Qromo V3 Mix.
Once confirmed, Qromo routes the products to the configured stations. Stations can receive orders through dedicated printers or, with the All-in-One plan, through the KDS/kitchen display.
It depends on how your venue works. A printer is immediate and familiar, while a KDS lets you manage orders on a screen and track their status digitally. The KDS is currently included in the All-in-One plan.
