Open the QromoPOS app, enter the amount to be collected and click "Tap to Pay on iPhone".

Hand the iPhone to the person who needs to pay.

To pay, the buyer places the contactless card horizontally or brings the device close to the contactless symbol at the top of the iPhone display.

When the check mark with the word "Fine" appears, the transaction is complete.

With Tap to Pay on iPhone, you can accept any form of contactless payment, such as Apple Pay on iPhone and Apple Watch, or other digital wallets and payment services and contactless credit and debit cards from the circuits: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, Japan Credit Bureau, Discover and Diners Club.

All payments you accept with Tap to Pay on iPhone are processed by Stripe and deposited into the bank account configured with that provider.

How much does Qromo POS cost and what are the fees?

You can download QromoPOS for free directly from the appstore. For each transaction, a fee of 1.6% + 10 cents per transaction is applied.

Tap to Pay on iPhone requires a compatible payment app and the latest version of iOS. To update to the latest version, go to Settings > General > Software Update. Tap "Download and Install". Some contactless cards may not be accepted by your payment app. Transaction limits may apply. The Contactless symbol is a registered trademark used with the permission of EMVCo, LLC. Tap to Pay on iPhone is not available in all markets.
